Performance reflects contractual fee waivers. These waivers are in effect until February 29, 2012 for all WHG Funds except the WHG Dividend Growth and WHG SMidCap Plus Funds. For the WHG Dividend Growth Fund, the Adviser's contractual fee waiver and expense reimbursement may not be terminated or increased without shareholder approval. For SMidCap Plus, contractual fee waivers are in effect through February 28, 2013. In the absence of current fee waivers, total return and yield would be reduced.
